HB 76 Caption: Relating to amending Statutes so as to provide for temporary registration of motor buses.

HB 848 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code to provide the death penalty for anyone assaulting with the intent to rape a female seven (7) years of age or under and amending Statues so as to provide that anyone who kidnaps any person seven (7) years of age or under for the purpose or with the intent of committing any sexual offense or bodily harm shall be subject upon conviction therefore to death penalty.

HB 400 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide that the Treasurer, with the consent of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, may substitute a recapitulation of totals of warrants paid each day in lieu of copies of warrants paid registers.
HB 407 Caption: Relating to providing for a limitation statute on suspense and trust fund refund warrants drawn by the Comptroller of Public Accounts; to provide for disposition of any moneys represented by warrants voided by this Act; to provide for certain records in the office of the State Treasurer.
HB 616 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide that the Veterans Land Board may purchase land with one-half (1/2) of the mineral estate outstanding, if same was outstanding on June 6, 1949, and purchase land with a one-sixteenth (1/16) royalty outstanding which has become outstanding after June 6, 1949; providing that the veteran may request a removal or reduction of mineral requirements and the Veterans Land Board shall have power to remove or reduce such requirements.
HB 639 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of $246,537.53 out of funds not otherwise appropriated to be allocated to the counties of Andrews, Crane, Crockett, Culberson, Dawson, Ector, El Paso, Gaines, Hudspeth, Irion, Loving, Martin, Pecos, Reagan, Schleicher, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler in payment of delinquent taxes on university lands for the years 1950, 1951, and 1952 as shown by the records of the State Comptroller of Public Accounts.
