HB 453 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes providing for the filing of applications for the appropriation of unappropriated water of the State.
HB 626 Caption: Relating to preserving and protecting wild and tame pheasants, quails, partridges and doves within the following described portion of Kaufman County, for a period of five (5) years, from the final passage and effective date of this Act, and declaring a closed season therein, by prohibiting killing any of said wild or tame fowls and birds by any method, whether by firearms, shotguns, rifles, B-B guns, sticks or clubs; prescribing a penalty for violations of this Act.
HB 677 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to provide for the licensing and regulation of auto wreckers, junk dealers, and rebuilders of motor vehicles for resale; providing a penalty for failing to comply with the provisions of this act and defining such penalty.
HB 684 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Kaufman County by authorizing the County to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right of way for designated State Highways or Federal Highways when the acquisition of such right of way is approved by the State Highway Commission; requiring the levy of a tax to pay such certificates to be approved by the Attorney General and registered by the Comptroller of Public Accounts and prescribing the effect thereof.

HB 705 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes pertaining to toll road corporations which provide in their articles of incorporation, by-laws or otherwise, that none of the net income or profits, whether realized or unrealized, shall ever inure to the benefit of or be distributed to any private shareholder or any other private person, association or corporation whatsoever.
HB 740 Caption: Relating to creating a department of the State Government to be known as the Department of Justice; providing for the organization of such Department and prescribing the powers and duties of such Department and the members thereof.
HB 741 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code of the State of Texas by specifically providing that the Act of an owner or his agent in registering a motor vehicle in a county other than the county of the owner's residence shall in and of itself constitute a misdemeanor; prescribing a penalty.
HB 742 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that State Highway Department claims for refunds of alleged illegal motor vehicle registrations be directed toward the registrant allegedly violating the provisions of this Act.
HJR 31 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment providing the jurisdiction of the Court of Criminal Appeals; providing the powers and authority of the Court and the Judges thereof; vesting in the Court the power and duty to make and promulgate rules of procedure governing criminal proceedings.
