HB 564 Caption: Relating to provide for the general welfare and to protect the health, efficiency ad general well-being of workers in the State of Texas by providing for the elimination of wage and hour standards detrimental to the health, efficiency and general well being of workers, to prescribe the minimum wage and maximum hour standards; repealing such laws or parts of laws as are specifically provided for in this Act.

HB 45 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing a pension for every person upon reaching the age of sixty-five (65) years who is a citizen of the United States and who has resided in Texas for five (5) years or more within the last nine (9) years preceding the date of his application, and who has resided in Texas continuously for one (1) year immediately preceding the date of his application and conferring jurisdiction upon the Commissioners' Courts of the State of Texas to pass upon the applications.
HB 336 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to exempt veterans of all foreign wars from the payment of Poll taxes; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
