HB 25 Caption: Relating to providing for an efficient public school system in Texas; providing for the equalization of funds; making an appropriation of Thirty-seven Million Dollars ($37,000,000.00) for each year of the biennium ending August 31, 1951; providing for penalties for violation of this Act; containing a saving clause.
HB 150 Caption: Relating to providing that whoever sells at auction, or buys, any livestock, shall keep a record showing license number of vehicle in which the animal is transported to place of sale.
HB 304 Caption: Relating to providing for the succession to the office of Governor in the event of the death or incapacity of the Governor-elect or Lieutenant Governor-elect to take the oath of office; providing for the repeal of all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 398 Caption: Relating to repealing a previous Act, relative to inspection of hides and animals in certain counties.

HJR 16 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 49 of Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of Texas by providing an additional section to be hereafter known as Section 49-C by empowering the legislature to authorize by law a creation of a debt or debts of the State not exceeding the aggregate sum of four hundred million dollars, to provide for the payment of bonuses to members of the armed forces of the United States from this state, who served in such armed forces between December 7, 1941 and September 2, 1945, or April 6, 1917 to November 11, 1918, and in case of deceased members, to their next of kin as provided by law, the submission of this amendment to the qualified voters of this State, and the issuance of the necessary proclamation by the governor.
HJR 31 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas to provide for additional sessions of the Legislature and the Committees thereof and for the issuance of the necessary proclamation.

HB 412 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering the State Board of Education to allocate funds to be used in the purchase, distribution and supervision of the use of instructional aids and materials such as sound or silent films, projectors, screens, slides, stereoscopes, stereographs, film strips and records; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act; providing that the partial invalidity of this Act shall not affect other parts hereof.
HB 682 Caption: Relating to creating a special road law for Clay County, Texas, providing that said County may fund or refund the indebtedness outstanding against its road and bridge fund as of April 1, 1947, or judgments hereafter obtained based thereon, setting forth the method of operation; repealing all laws in conflict.
HJR 7 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide for succession to the office of Governor in the event the Governor-elect dies, or becomes disabled, or fails to qualify, before taking his oath of office as Governor.
HJR 15 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide for the time of meeting and method of procedure that the Legislature shall meet; providing for an increase in the present pay of the members of the Legislature.
HJR 32 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment creating a Veterans' Land and Housing Board, and establishing a Veterans' Land and Housing Fund.
