HB 60 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by prescribing certain duties of the clerks of the Courts of Civil Appeals with reference to the filing, recording and preservation of the records and proceedings of the Courts; requiring the preservation of the opinions of the Courts; providing for the disposition and destruction of records; providing for the filing of motions relating to the preservation of such records in certain cases.
HB 206 Caption: Relating to providing for the compensation of county treasurers in all counties having a population of six hundred thousand (600,000) inhabitants or more according to the last preceding Federal Census or any future Federal Census; providing for the appointment and compensation of assistants.
HB 207 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Courts of certain counties to create and establish safety zones on county roads; providing penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act.
HB 231 Caption: Relating to authorizing the transfer of all duties and functions of the governing body, officers and employees of any fresh water supply district organized for the purpose of furnishing a domestic water system to the governing body, officers and employees of any incorporated city or town where the boundary lines of the district and the city or town are coterminous.

HB 451 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts to provide that within their respective jurisdictions, the State Highway Commission or the governing body of any incorporated city or town, shall have power to lay out, acquire, construct, maintain, and operate any section or portion of any State highway or city street within their respective jurisdictions, as a freeway under certain circumstances.
HB 487 Caption: Relating to establishing the Probate Court of Dallas County; defining the jurisdiction thereof and conforming to such changes the jurisdiction of the County Court of Dallas County; and providing for the transfer of matters and proceedings from the County Court of Dallas County to said Probate Court of Dallas County, declaring the validity in the transferred cases of writs and process extant at the time of such transfer; granting said Court certain powers.
HB 547 Caption: Relating to authorizing counties having a population in excess of 500,000 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census to impound dumb animals running at large and mistreated or neglected animals; to create and maintain shelters for such impounded animals; authorizing the creation of the office of County Humane Officer and providing for the duties and compensation of such officer; providing for the sale of impounded animals and disposition of the proceeds of such sales; providing for the redemption of impounded animals; providing for the destruction of impounded animals; authorizing the fixing of fees for poundage.
HB 548 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code relative to cruelty to animals, authority of officers and definitions.
HB 549 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles relating to cruelty to fowls and animals, the impounding and destroying of same, and providing penalties.
HB 623 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities of 250,000 or more population according to the last preceding Federal Census to issue bonds to build or purchase public market houses and other public marketing facilities, or to enlarge, improve or repair such properties.
HB 634 Caption: Relating to assuring to employees the fullest freedom in exercising the rights of collective bargaining; to protect employees from restraint or coercion in the exercise of such rights; to prevent the forcing of any employees or their employer to accept a bargaining unit larger than the legal employer of such employees; to prevent the use of force or coercion where a Federal agency has jurisdiction to determine the unit appropriate for bargaining purposes; providing a penalty.
HB 687 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles relative to the custody, care, education and support of minor children so as to give any District Court where a minor child and the legal guardian have resided for six months jurisdiction to enforce, amend, change or make such order concerning the child as it deems necessary.

HJR 27 Caption: Proposing an amendment providing for the Counties to take over the full responsibility for the erection, construction, maintenance and support of a hospital or hospital system which may now be jointly operated by a County and a City; providing for the assumption of any bonded indebtedness that may be outstanding and having been issued by any such City; providing for a tax to be levied by the Commissioners Court for the acquisition, construction and maintenance of such hospital or hospital system.
