SB 24 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for the assessment and collection of a tax to pay, and the payment of pensions to veterans and their widows.
SB 26 Caption: Relating to controlling and regulating the marketing of campaign contributions and the expenditure of monies in connection with the candidacy of persons for nomination for election and elections in this State; defining offenses and prescribing the punishment therefor.

SB 105 Caption: Relating to amending Article 650, Code of Criminal procedure, which makes severance of two or more defendants jointly prosecuted a matter of right, so that said Article shall read as hereinafter stated and provide that where tow or more defendants are jointly indicted or charged with any penal offense, whether felony or misdemeanor, they must be tried jointly unless the court in the Exercise of its sound discretion grants a severance for good cause shown.
SB 108 Caption: Relating to directing the State Comptroller of the Public Accounts and the State Treasurer One Million and Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000) Dollars from the Confederate Pension Fund to the General Revenue Fund in part payment of the account heretofore advanced by the General Revenue Fund for the purpose of support and maintenance of the homes for Confederate veterans and their widows.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to controlling and improving county fiscal affairs; providing for the appointment of a county auditor and providing for his salary, etc.
SB 121 Caption: Relating to protecting the public health by regulating the manufacture, baking, mix, compound, sale or offer for sale for human consumption of flour and bread as defined herein, and to require the enrichment of flour and bread by the addition of certain vitamins and minerals and to prescribe the methods of enrichment; providing a penalty for violation of any section of this Act.
SB 122 Caption: Relating to protecting the public health by regulating the sale, distribution or possession of, and to require the enrichment of oleomargarine by the addition of vitamins; fixing active enforcement of this Act, and to fix penalties for the violation of same.

SB 232 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by declaring and recognizing for certain tax purposes only Post, Camp and Unit Exchanges established and operated within the State of Texas, by the United States Military, Naval and Marine forces, as instrumentalities of the United States; providing a penalty for violation of this Act by making it a misdemeanor, and declaring each violation to be a separate offense.
SB 250 Caption: Relating to directing the State Department of Public Welfare to prepare a list of certain records of the Texas Relief Commission for the years 1932 to September 1, 1939, and all duplicate Old Age Assistance records accumulated for the years 1936 through October 1938, to be submitted to the Texas Library and Historical Commission for examination.
SB 280 Caption: Relating to providing that insurance companies and associations may pay from the mortuary funds any taxes assessed against them because of income to such funds; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
SB 344 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale of the pelts of wild fox taken in Bosque County.

SB 49 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment of the salary of district court reporters out of the general fund of the State of Texas.
SB 69 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article by adding provision that drugstores holding a medicinal permit in dry areas shall display no liquor; strengthening law against liquor prescriptions.
SB 112 Caption: Relating to further regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages in this State under the Texas Liquor Control Act; prohibiting the employment of persons under twenty-one (21) years of age to sell or assist in the handling, transporting, or dispensing of beer.
SB 120 Caption: Relating to providing that the fee to be paid to County and District Clerks in all suits where final judgment or order is entered shall be not less than five dollars ($5.00).
SB 153 Caption: Relating to providing that all residents of Texas over the age of sixty-five (65) years, who have lived within the State for fifteen (15) of the past twenty-five (25) years, and have been a resident for five (5) years immediately preceding, shall be eligible for old age assistance.
