HB 82 Caption: Relating to protecting the public health by the regulation of the practice of naturopathy; creating a Naturopathic Examining Board; providing for the enforcement of this act and penalties for its violation.
HB 97 Caption: Relating to amending certain Chapters of the Penal Code of Texas by providing that the provisions of these Chapters shall not apply to duly licensed naturopathic physicians who confine their practice strictly to the practice of naturopathy as defined by Statutes and making certain other exceptions.
