HB 193 Caption: Relating to any Defendant in a Criminal action shall be permitted to testify in his own behalf therein and/or in behalf of any other Defendant; the failure of the Defendant to testify may be taken as a circumstance against him.
HB 194 Caption: Relating to providing for an alternate juror in the trial of certain felony cases.
HB 195 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of property at public sale.

HB 604 Caption: Relating to creating a special law for San Saba County, Texas, providing that said County may fund certain warrants outstanding against its road and bridge fund as of February 15, 1937, by the issuance of funding bonds, and setting forth the method of issuing same.
HB 622 Caption: Relating to providing relief of the Shaw Bend Common School District, No. 5 of San Saba County, Texas, in order to aid said School District in repairing, rehabilitating and equipping its school building which was destroyed by flood in the Colorado River on the 20th day of September, 1936.
