HB 50 Caption: Relating to the purchase of bricks and/or cement by the State from private sources; providing that where bricks or cement are used in State owned buildings and highways only State manufactured bricks or cement shall be used; authorizing the construction and operation of a State plant for the manufacture of bricks and cement to be operated with prison labor; providing for penalties.
HB 392 Caption: Relating to making an emergency supplemental appropriation for the sum of Seven Thousand, Three Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($7,375) for certain divisions of the State Department of Education.

HB 906 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of any county having a population of not less than thirty-seven thousand, five hundred (37,500) and not more than thirty-eight thousand, six hundred (38,600) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal census, to allow each County Commissioner the sum of Thirty-five Dollars ($35) per month for traveling expenses.
