HB 351 Caption: Relating to empowering the Courts of the State of Texas having original jurisdiction of criminal actions to suspend the imposition or execution of sentence and place defendants on probation under certain conditions.
HB 401 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase of a site and for the establishment, location and construction of a hospital for the white persons mentally ill, naming the same, and providing for the care, treatment and support of white mentally ill persons.
HB 415 Caption: Relating to Special Teachers Certificates.
HB 416 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointing and sitting as a Board of Equalization for cities and towns of the State of Texas, so as to allow members of the City Council to sit on the Board of Equalization.
