HB 486 Caption: Relating to providing that the provisions of certain Act shall apply to navigation districts to the extent that the proceeds of the sale of bonds of such navigation districts may have been actually expended in the construction of bridges on designated State highways, and providing that such proceeds of such bonds of said districts so expended shall be redeemable as is provided by said Act, for the redemption of county and road district bonds.
