HB 157 Caption: Relating to providing that in counties in this State having a population less than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, and a tax valuation exceeding Seventy-five Million Dollars ($60,000,000), according to the last approved tax roll of said county, that the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney in such a county is authorized to appoint a Special Assistant District Attorney or Special Assistant Criminal District Attorney.
HB 240 Caption: Relating to defining specific acts constituting swindling; prescribing facts constituting prima facie evidence of violation of this Act.
HB 584 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in any county having a population of less than thirty-five thousand (35,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and having an assessed property valuation exceeding Seventy Million Dollars ($70,000,000), according to the approved tax rolls for the preceding year, to allow each County Commissioner the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month for traveling expenses.
HB 1026 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Criminal District Attorney of the One Hundred and Twenty-fourth Judicial District of Texas to appoint two (2) assistants; providing for the appointment, if necessary, of a criminal investigator and stenographer; fixing the compensation of all such persons and providing for the payment of such compensation out of the General Fund of the County.
