HB 37 Caption: Relating to granting permission to the lee Moor Contracting Company, a corporation of El Paso, Texas, or its assigns, to bring suit against, to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State highway Commission of Texas, in the District of El Paso County, Texas.
HB 431 Caption: Relating to authorizing the issuance of funding, refunding and amortization bonds by water improvement districts which obtain their water supply under contract with the United States Government, prescribing the method thereof, the terms thereof.
HB 451 Caption: Relating to providing for the prevention and control of disease; giving the State Health Officer and the State Board of Health authority to promulgate orders, rules, and regulations for the protection of the public health; repealing all of the old State Sanitary Code, save and except what is known as "The Vital Statistics Law," which shall remain in full force and effect; repealing all laws which conflict or are inconsistent with the Act; prescribing a penalty.

HB 636 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to leave the number of copies of the Banking Commissioner's report to the Governor to be printed to the discretion of the Banking Commissioner, and to require the report to contain the opinions of the Attorney General.

HB 640 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to dividends and reserve so as to provide that if the reserve funds shall not equal ten per cent of the outstanding loans at the time of each apportionment of profits, the directors shall set aside not less than two and one-half per cent of the net profits accruing since the last apportionment and continue to do so until said fund shall amount to at least ten percent of the loans in force.

HB 644 Caption: Relating to providing that the Banking Commissioner in charge of any State bank or bank and trust company for the purpose of liquidation may apply to the District Court in the county in which the bank is situated, if in session, or the Judge thereof, if in vacation, for authority to use the trust funds in his hands belonging to the bank to redeem any bills receivable pledged, to purchase any prior encumbrance or lien on property, or to purchase such property at any sale thereof made to satisfy such prior lien.
HB 645 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to dividends and unclaimed deposits remaining in the hands of the Commissioner for six months after order for final distribution.
