HB 171 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; requiring any gas, electric current or power corporation that has entered upon, or may hereafter enter upon, and appropriated the lands or property of any private person, to furnish and deliver to such persons, on such lands, such gas, electric current or power as such person may desire at the same rate of charge therefor as charged by said corporation to other persons in the nearest incorporated city or town to the lands crossed.
HB 182 Caption: Relating to validating the proceedings whereby Howth Common School District No. 5 and Cedar Creek Common District No. 4 and Louisville Common School District No. 6 and Laneview Common School District No. 7, all of Waller County, Texas, were annexed to Hempstead Independent School District.
HB 304 Caption: Relating to marks and brands of livestock in Fort Bend County only, requiring that each owner of any live stock mentioned in certain statute, shall within six (6) months after this Act takes effect, have this mark and brand for such stock recorded at the office of the County Clerk of said County.
HB 358 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; requiring officers taking the acknowledgement of a deed, or other instruments of writing, to have his name either typed or printed legibly thereon as hereinafter shown.
HB 359 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; requiring the form of an ordinary certificate of acknowledgment to include either by typing or printing the name and character of the officer.
HB 387 Caption: Relating to setting apart all lands owned or used by the State of Texas as State prison farms, or as State agricultural farms, for the protection, propagation, and keeping of birds, wild game, and other animals, and declaring such lands, so set apart, to be game preserves protected from trespassers under the law as other game preserves.
HB 736 Caption: Relating to repealing a certain Section of the General Laws of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); providing the creation of a Beer Tax Fund and that refunds and stamp redemptions be made from such fund before allocation.
HB 924 Caption: Relating to providing for relief for the Brown Common School District No. 13, of Fort Bend County, Texas, in order to aid said district in rebuilding its property and equipping its school which was destroyed by fire recently.
HB 935 Caption: Relating to providing for an appropriation of Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty and 75/100 Dollars ($4,420.75) to the Richmond Independent School District, in payment for the taxes, upon certain property owned by the Prison Commission of the State of Texas and its successor the Texas Prison Board, that have accrued on said property for the years 1921 to 1929, inclusive, and which said taxes are unpaid and are justly due and owing by the State of Texas to said Richmond Independent School District.
HB 937 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or association of persons to make, mold, manufacture, stamp, or design any metal slug or disk in equal size to a denominational unit of the United States money; fixing penalties.
