HB 9 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the contingent expenses, and to pay the mileage and per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Regular Session of the Forty-fourth Legislature.
HB 217 Caption: Relating to granting G.W. Witt of Cookville, Titus County, Texas, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department in the District Court of Titus County, Texas.
HB 235 Caption: Relating to occupation tax on the production of salt, providing for an occupation tax of One Dollar ($1) per long ton of all salt produced within the State of Texas; providing for reports and records; imposing forfeitures and penalties for failure to keep records; providing penalties for failure to pay tax.
HB 279 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); providing for the administration of the funds appropriated herein by the State Board of Education and State Superintendent of Public Instruction, appropriating Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) to pay claims created against the Rural Aid Fund for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1934.

HB 327 Caption: Relating to appropriating Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the next biennium beginning September 1, 1935, and ending August 31, 1937, for the purpose of promoting public school interest and equalizing the educational opportunities afforded by the State to all children of scholastic age within the State.
HB 342 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature; authorizing the Secretary of the Board of Legal Examiners, with the approval of the Supreme Court, to appoint an assistant, prescribing a salary for same, authorizing payment of said assistant out of the fees of office of the clerk of the Supreme Court.
HB 399 Caption: Relating to an occupation tax on the sale of cereal beverages, grape juice unfermented, fruit juice unfermented, still drinks, mineral water, finished syrup-fountain; providing for records and reports; imposing forfeitures and penalty for failure to keep records.
HB 408 Caption: Relating to providing the salaries of County Commissioners and Precinct Commissioners in certain counties.
HB 683 Caption: Relating to requiring, as a condition precedent to the issuance of a license for the racing of horses under the provisions of certain Act, that the applicant for such license, shall, in addition to the requirements of said Act, file with and present to the Racing Commission, with his application, a certificate of the county judge of the county where such racing is proposed to be held, showing that a majority of the qualified voters of such county have, at a special election held for that purpose, voted in favor of racing, and prohibiting the Racing Commission from issuing a license without such certificate.
HCR 6 Caption: Providing for a joint committee to survey the Members of the Legislature on their extra-governmental affiliations.
HCR 151 Caption: Directing the Enrolling Clerk of the House to make certain corrections to H.B. No. 408.

HB 19 Caption: Relating to amending and re-enacting a certain Section of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (1st C.S.) which involves taxes levied on the pari-mutuel wagering system; empowering the County Commissioners' Court to apply funds received under this Act to certain purposes.

HB 234 Caption: Relating to providing that the salaries and actual and necessary expenses of all official shorthand reporters and deputy official shorthand reporters of the district courts of the State of Texas shall hereafter be paid by the State of Texas; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 293 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful to use a seine net in the waters of the Counties of Morris or Titus, except a minnow seine and except a seine or net of not less than two (2) inch mesh which may be used at any time except during the months of March and April; providing a penalty.
HB 473 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the service of citation in probate proceedings so as to specially provide that the service of citation by posting shall be sufficient if one notice is posted at the courthouse door.
HB 859 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute relating to the production, storage, or transportation of petroleum, crude oil, or natural gas.
HB 862 Caption: Relating to transferring the jurisdiction of the County Court of Titus County, Texas, for civil purposes, to the District Court of Titus County, Texas, not disturbing the jurisdiction of said County Court for criminal probate purposes.
HB 902 Caption: Relating to validating all time warrants heretofore issued by any incorporated city, having a population more than 3,536 and less than 3,575, in a sum not to exceed forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000), and due serially 1933 to 1947, for the construction of a sewage disposal plant and certain sewer lines, validating all orders of the governing bodies of such cities in directing the levying and assessing of taxes in payment thereof.
