HB 53 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries and compensation of county commissioners in counties with a population of not less than Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty-Three (5,253) inhabitants, nor more than Five Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety (5,290) inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census.
HB 77 Caption: Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district to be known as the Upper Colorado River Authority.
HB 187 Caption: Relating to providing for creating Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund in the State of Texas and in all incorporated cities and towns thereof, having a regularly organized fire department with fire fighting equipment or apparatus of the value of One Hundred Dollars ($100) or more therein.
HB 807 Caption: Relating to authorizing two (2) or more independent school districts to consolidate their tax assessing and collecting and legal departments and to appoint one and the same person to assess and collect their taxes who shall have the same authority and perform the same duties with respect to assessing and collecting their school taxes as the county assessor and collector, and fix said compensation therefor.

HB 102 Caption: Relating to providing for payment of the salary of the Ex-officio Superintendent of Public Instruction in all counties having not less than seven thousand, six hundred and forty-five (7,645) and not more than seven thousand, six hundred and ninety (7,690) population, from the County Available School Fund.
HCR 20 Caption: Providing for funds dedicated to the support and maintenance of the Fireman's Training School to be used toward the salary and travel expenses of an employee of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to train and inspect volunteer fire departments.
HR 30 Caption: Endorsing Thomas P. Martin for the position of Archivist of the United States.
