HB 723 Caption: Relating to providing all blind persons with "seeing eye" dogs shall be permitted on all common carriers for passengers in the State of Texas, providing that such dogs shall be muzzled by its owner while on such carriers, and that the carrier shall designate where such dog shall ride when being so carried or conveyed, and that there shall be no additional fare for such dogs; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
HB 739 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act relating public gas utilities so as to provide that the utility tax shall be payable by such persons, companies, and private corporations engaged in the business of owning, operating, or managing pipe lines for the transportation or carriage of natural gas.
