HB 99 Caption: Relating to providing that the votes of the presidential electors required to be appointed by Section I of Article II of the Constitution of the United States, be cast for the persons chosen by the majority or plurality votes cast in an election for President and Vice-President of the United States; providing that all other laws which in any way modify or conflict with the provisions of this Act they shall be as to same be subordinate thereto.
