HB 145 Caption: Relating to providing for the transfer and the combining of the duties now performed in the fixing and ascertaining of the state ad valorem tax rate by the Board composed of the Governor, Comptroller, and State Treasurer to the State Tax Board.
HB 331 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the assessment of real personal property for taxation so as to empower and make it the duty of the State Comptroller of Public Accounts to prescribe such additional inventory forms for listing and assessing property as will reach in an intelligible way all classes of real and personal property subject to taxation.
