HB 263 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to the qualifications of members of the Ranger force by providing that no appointment shall be made or regular or special commission issued to any person other than one who is to enter the actual service thereof and who shall receive less than the minimum pay of a private.
HB 279 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code so as to repeal that portion of the State Law prohibiting the operation of moving picture shows and theaters on Sunday in this State.
HB 393 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that officers and jurors in lunacy cases shall be allowed the same fees as are now allowed for similar services performed in misdemeanor cases in Justice Courts, to be paid out of the estate of the defendant or by the county on accounts approved by the County Judge.
