HB 374 Caption: Relating to providing an old age relief system for resident citizens over the age of seventy years; prescribing the qualifications of an applicant for relief under the Act and permitting the discontinuance of the relief on conviction of offense or upon evidence of changed status of the beneficiary; and fixing the punishment of any applicant or other person violating any of the provisions of the Act, defining certain terms used in the Act, and identifying the measure as the Old Age Relief Act of the State of Texas.
