HB 119 Caption: Relating to requiring all candidates for State, district, county, and precinct offices in primary elections, in addition to the requirements now provided by law, to include in said request for place on primary ballot, a statement signed and acknowledged by the candidate, that candidate supported and voted for all candidates of the party (naming the political party) at the next preceding general election in Texas.
HB 120 Caption: Relating to providing official ballots for primary elections shall have no symbol or device or any printed matter, except a uniform primary test, stating that test and to be signed by the voter offering to vote the ballot, and providing that any ballot which shall not contain such printed test above the names of the candidates on said ballot and signed by the voter, shall not be counted.
