HB 106 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that trot lines may be used in Val Verde County.
HB 383 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the bonds of the county depository by requiring the bond or bonds of the county depository to be not less than the average daily balance of such county for the next preceding year for which the bond or bonds are made, instead of double the amount of the revenues of the preceding year.
HB 763 Caption: Relating to the appointment of jury commissioners by the district judge; providing for the compensation to be paid such commissioners; prescribing their qualifications.
HB 868 Caption: Relating to providing that there shall be no assessments against school districts in a county having a total scholastic population of five thousand (5,000) or less and a total common school population of less than one thousand (1,000) for the payment of the salary and expenses of the county superintendent.
