HB 289 Caption: Relating to providing for the election of a county board of education in certain counties, fixing the per diem of such board; providing for the time and manner of their election and prescribing their duties; authorizing the purchase of supplies by the district trustees, and repealing all laws or parts of laws, general and special, in conflict herewith.
HB 292 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Burnet county by adding a new section authorizing the commissioners court of Burnet county to issue bonds of said county for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness to be funded by such bonds is not questioned in any suit or proceeding within sixty days from the adoption of the order of the commissioners court authorizing the issuance of such bonds, then such indebtedness shall be conclusively presumed to be valid.
HB 312 Caption: Relating to regulating the placing of names of candidates on the ballot in primary elections of political parties; enacting provisions deigned to secure party loyalty before a person shall have his name printed on the ballot in primary elections of political parties as a candidate; providing remedies and penalties to carry out the purpose of this act.
HB 349 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that the county executive committee shall be composed of a county chairman and one member from each justice precinct, and to provide for the election of said committeemen at the general primary election in 1930 and every two years thereafter.

HB 425 Caption: Relating to providing for publicity as to membership and official connection with fraternal, benevolent or other societies, organizations, lodges or orders; requiring the filing with the county tax collector of signed and sworn statements disclosing, either present membership or official connection either present or within two years next preceding, with any such society, organization, lodge or order, and making such statements public record subject to the inspection of any citizen; making such statements public records subject to the inspecting of any citizen; prescribing penalties for false statement and violation or failure to comply with this act or any provision thereof.
