SB 31 Caption: Relating to create the Bovina Independent School District in Parmer County, Texas, including the present Bovina Common School District No. 5 of said county, and also including certain leagues in the Common School District No. 16 of said county.

SB 73 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute empowering commissioners courts to acquire lands for county park purposes and levy taxes therefor so as to provide for the levy of taxes or the issue of bonds for the purchase and improvement of lands for county parks, if authorized by majority vote of the qualified property taxpaying voters of the county, voting at election held for such purposes; providing that the law for holding elections on other county bond shall apply to tax and bond elections herein authorized.
SB 141 Caption: Relating to authorizing J.P. Dod to write and sign in duplicate the field notes for each of the subdivision field notes of the excess land recovered by the State of Texas in Dallam and Hartley Counties from Capitol Freehold Land and Investment Company, Limited, et al, in the Fifty-third District Court of Travis County, on April 26, 1924, as said surveys were made on the ground by R.S. Dod, deceased, under appointment of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and adopting same as the legal survey, making an appropriation for compensating said Dod for writing said field notes and duplicates, and providing that when the original and duplicate field notes are filed in the General Land Office and in said counties, they shall have the same force and effect as if they had been written and signed by the said original surveyor, R.S. Dod or a county surveyor.
SB 226 Caption: Relating amending certain statute of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to increase the salaries of district attorneys in all judicial districts composed of two or more counties; providing for the appointment of an assistant district attorney in certain cases.
SB 241 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the Silverton Independent School District, of Briscoe County, Texas, for free school purposes only, defining its boundaries, vesting it with all the rights, powers, duties and privileges of independent school districts under the General Laws of Texas pertaining thereto.
SB 242 Caption: Relating to creating the Vega Independent School District in Oldham County, Texas, providing for a board of trustees in said Independent School District and conferring on said district providing for a board of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of the State upon independent school districts of the board of trustees thereof.
SB 243 Caption: Relating to creating the Wildorado Independent School District in Oldham County, Texas, providing for a board of trustees in said independent school district and conferring on said district and its board of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and districts of the board of trustees thereof.
SB 259 Caption: Relating to providing for the extension of oil and gas permits heretofore issued on river beds or channels, and fresh water lakes and islands therein for a term of ten years from the date they were issued.
SB 288 Caption: Relating to providing the inspection and standardization of junior colleges, teachers colleges, colleges and universities of the first class; prescribing fees therefor, providing fees to be paid by teachers securing certificates based on work done in such institutions.
