SB 72 Caption: Relating to creating Road District Number Five (5), in Shelby County, validating and approving all orders made by the commissioners' court of said county, in respect to the organization of said district.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to creating Road District Number Six (6), in Shelby County, validating and approving all orders made by the commissioners' court of said county, in respect to the organization of said district.
SB 230 Caption: Relating to validating the authorization, issuance and sale of certain road bonds of Justice Precinct Number 2, Panola County, Texas, and providing for their payment by the annual levy, assessment and collection of general ad valorem taxes on all taxable property in said Precinct.
SB 237 Caption: Relating to creating Road District Number Ten (10), in Panola County, Texas, validating and approving all orders made by the commissioners' court of said county, in respect to the organization of said district.

SB 74 Caption: Relating to defining, regulating and controlling fraternal benefit societies, so as to provide that where a member of such a society fails to designate a beneficiary or if at the death of the member the beneficiary designated is dead or has no insurable interest in the life of the member, the death benefits shall not be forfeited and providing to whom the benefits shall be paid under such circumstances.
SB 153 Caption: Relating to compensation allowed sheriffs on money collection on an execution or order of dale.
SB 163 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for the Commissioners Court of any county to issue warrants, or other certificates of indebtedness, in any form to be paid at some future date, and promising and pledging the Road and Bridge Fund of the county for the final payment and redemption of said warrants.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to permitting the manufacture of gasoline, carbon black, or other products from natural gas produced within 25 miles of the boundary line of an adjoining state in which the manufacture of such products from natural gas is not prohibited by law.
SB 233 Caption: Relating to providing that insurance companies contracting to pay compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act shall file with the Commissioner of Insurance its classification of premiums, which shall not take effect until the Commissioner of Insurance has approved same as adequate to the risk to which they apply.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of a commission on uniform state laws, the appointment of commissioner thereto.
SB 264 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the taking of depositions.
SB 357 Caption: Relating to releasing the property of the Timpson & Henderson Railway from the payment of taxes levied against it for State and county purposes, in certain counties, by reason of public calamity.
SB 378 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize counties, cities, whether under a special charter or not, and towns to issue funding and refunding bonds, as to indebtedness created before July 1st, 1923.
SB 391 Caption: Relating to prohibiting private corporations, persons, cities, towns or other public corporations from exercising the right of eminent domain over certain riparian and water rights and lands under or adjacent to any streams in this State, used for the purpose of developing water power.
SB 415 Caption: Relating to providing that each and every casualty insurance company now engaged, or that may hereafter engage in the transaction of the business of casualty insurance in this State, shall, as a condition of its right to transact such business in this State, invest and keep invested in Texas securities as "Texas Securities".
SR 18 Caption: Providing for the employment of a messenger to deliver newspapers from the Senate to the Old Ladies' Home in Austin.
