HB 55 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for equitable action by way of bill of review in favor of persons against whom a final judgment on forfeited bail bond or forfeited recognizance has been entered where such persons have a meritorious cause of action and were prevented by fraud, accident or mistake from presenting meritorious defenses at the trial of the case in which such final judgment has been entered.
HB 77 Caption: Relating to placing a closed season of three years on wild turkey in the counties of Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe; providing a penalty for the violation of same; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 167 Caption: Relating to providing the method of preparing statements of facts in all cases appealed or taken up on writ of error, and for the consideration of same by the appellate courts, and for inclusion therein of bills of exception, and for the repeal of all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this act.
