HB 16 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to indeterminate sentences so as to provide for the discharge of certain convicts under indeterminate sentences upon certain conditions, and providing that this Act shall apply to convicts now serving indeterminate sentences in the penitentiary as well as to those who shall hereafter be sentenced to indeterminate terms of imprisonment in the penitentiary.
HB 66 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the writ for the apprehension of persons who are lunatics or non compos mentis and their detention by prohibiting the incarceration of such persons in county jails in counties where city or county hospitals exist, providing they shall be detained n such county or city hospitals.
