HB 13	Caption: Relating to prohibiting the marriage of any person infected with syphilis, gonococcus infection or chancroid; requiring the male applicant for marriage license to submit certificate of any reputable practicing physician in this State showing applicant to be free from disease; fixing maximum fee for examination, and providing a penalty.
HB 117	Caption: Relating to subjecting automobiles responsible for the incurrence of damages to another automobile liable for payment of said damages; creating lien subject to payment of prior liens.
HB 128	Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sue of cut-outs on automobiles, automobile trucks, or any motor vehicles; and providing a penalty.
HB 422	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, which provided for a closed season for crappie and bass, and fixed a time when nets and artificial baits might be used in taking and catching fish so as to prohibit the purchase, sale, transportation or shipment for any purpose of crappie or bass; providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
