SB 11 Caption: Relating to authorizing the organization of a State Ranger Force, defining its duties, and providing for its equipment and payment.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to requiring any officer holding an office of emolument in Texas, district, state or federal, that is Congressmen and U.S. Senators, to resign the office he holds on announcing his candidacy for another office emolument, and providing penalties for its infraction.
