SB 51 Caption: Relating to authorizing Wichita Falls and Southern Railroad Company and Wichita Falls, Ranger and Fort Worth Railroad Company and Their Successors, Lessees and Assigns to use 3.6 cents per mile as the basic unit for the construction of all passenger fares for adults and corresponding fares for children on and over their lines of railroad so long as such unit shall be used as the basis for passenger fares on the principal railroads of Texas.
SB 53 Caption: Relating to authorizing Wichita Falls and Southern Railroad Company to acquire the railroads of Wichita Falls and Southern Railway Company and of Wichita Falls, Ranger and Fort Worth Railroad Company.

SB 184 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of the State of Texas, revision of 1925, by providing that in all criminal actions where either the husband or wife becomes or is used as witness for the other,such husband or wife may be cross-examined by the State with the same latitude and in the same manner as any other witness.

SB 49 Caption: Relating to providing that no judgment in any criminal case shall be Reversed by the Court of Criminal Appeals for any error not affecting the judgment or causing injury to the defendant.
SB 71 Caption: Relating to further regulating arrests under motor vehicle speed laws of this State; preventing unnecessary arrests under such laws; requiring uniform or badges in making such arrests.

HB 19 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Thirtieth Judicial District.
HB 80 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to swindling; making certain facts prima facia evidence of fraudulent intent.
HB 166 Caption: Relating to the protection of those who have filed exemption or homestead donation claims on certain school lands in Jack County, Texas, by authorizing the original pre-emptors or their assignees in good faith and for value to purchase, and the Commissioner of the General Land office to ell to them such portions as they own in good faith and for value under such pre-emption or homestead claim, at fifty cents per acre, after they have filed note in the General Land Office, and have met such requirements as the law impose on the owners of homestead or pre-emption claims, and purchasers of school lands desiring patents therefor.
HB 185 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to preventing fraud in teachers' examinations so as to make it a felony in said statute.
HB 186 Caption: Relating to providing for refunding of certain bonds of the State of Texas now owned by the Permanent School Fund; providing for the execution of new bonds in lieu thereof; providing method of exchange of said bonds; making appropriation to pay accrued interest and to pay expense of lithographing bonds.
HB 327 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to make the decisions of the court final in all cases in which the county court has original jurisdiction.
HB 371 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the Eliasville Independent County Line School District lying in the counties of Young and Stephens in the State of Texas, defining its boundaries thereof, providing for a board of trustees thereof, placing said independent district under the control of the General Laws governing independent districts, providing no outstanding indebtedness of the Eliasville Independent County Line District be invalidated.
HB 383 Caption: Relating to providing that the Attorney General shall bring suit for certain State lands; providing that claimants shall file affidavit and bond for the recovery of said lands.
HB 388 Caption: Relating to providing that the heirs of a person whose whereabouts is unknown may file affidavit showing the existence of property; providing for methods of handling the estate and the disbursement of funds.
HB 396 Caption: Relating to providing that cities and towns under five thousand population shall have the power to appropriate property for public purposes.
HB 504 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the Newcastle Independent School District in Young County in the State of Texas; defining the boundaries thereof; providing for a board of trustees thereof; placing said independent school district under the control of the general laws governing independent districts.
HB 526 Caption: Relating to abolishing special funds in the treasury of the State of Texas; providing that no moneys shall be used for the purposes for which any special funds could be used except upon appropriation from the general revenue fund.
HB 580 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Young County by permitting the issuance of bonds by Young County for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness incurred for road and bridge purposes.
HJR 12 Caption: Proposing an amendment increasing the membership of the Supreme Court of Texas.

HB 76 Caption: Relating to creating the Ninety-second Judicial District, to be composed of the counties of Young, Archer and Clay, and fixing the terms of said court; providing for the appointment of a district judge.
HB 404 Caption: Relating to extending for a period of five years from the passage of this Act all permits to prospect for oil and gas heretofore issued; and providing that all permits hereafter issued shall be for a period of five years.
HB 405 Caption: Relating to reducing the royalty on oil and gas produced in river beds and channels form one-eighth to one-sixteenth.
HB 406 Caption: Relating to providing for the development of State permits and leases and portions of same on river beds and channels by providing for their development in connection with the main land, providing for transferring to the State for the use of the available school fund a portion of oil and gas or the value of same produced on the main land adjacent to the river beds and channels, providing for the payment of royalties.
HB 420 Caption: Relating to providing for refunding certain bonds of the State of Texas now owned by the Permanent School Fund; providing for the execution of new bonds in lieu thereof; providing method of exchange of said bonds; making appropriation to pay accrued interest and to pay expense of lithographic bonds.
HB 448 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to authorize counties to retain ninety percent of motor vehicle registration, providing for the repeal of this act in case of the adoption of Article 8, Section 9a by the constitution, and providing chauffeur or transfer fees.

HB 624 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to deposit filth, trash, tin cans, rubbish and waste material of any nature, in any public street, road or highway, or upon any private land or property, prescribing penalty for the violation of this act.
HB 626 Caption: Relating to declaring it to be unlawful to kill or trap in any manner wild fox in Young county for a period of five years, except by dogs; prescribing penalty for violation of this act.
