HB 164 Caption: Relating to protecting the local taxpayers of incorporated cities and towns in the State of Texas of ten thousand inhabitants and less from excessive tax levy, and preventing excessive local rates being fixed and charged to individual patrons of such corporations or associations, and that such patrons may be fully advised as to the necessity of such rules being fixed and charged for the keeping, operating and maintaining of any, and all such plants.
HB 284 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes with reference to the mode of preventing horses, cattle and certain other animals from running at large in the counties named therein, so as to include Houston county, or certain subdivisions thereof
