36th Regular Session
HB 53 Caption: Relating to providing a period of duration of ten years, after which suits for taxes, due to the State of Texas, or any county, city, municipality, school district, road, improvement or irrigation district of said State or any other subdivision of this State or any county thereof authorized by law to levy and to collect taxes, shall not be brought.
HB 361 Caption: Relating to requiring drivers and operators of automobiles and all other motor vehicles to come to a full stop within 100 feet of every railroad crossing, and providing that failure to do so shall be a misdemeanor, and providing a penalty therefor.
HB 464 Caption: Relating to permitting Texas Southeastern Railroad Company to take up and remove that portion of its railroad lying between Vair and Neff, and to sell and dispose of that portion of its right-of-way included between said two stations and to abandon the same.
