HB 46 Caption: Relating to establishing a branch of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas in West Texas, prescribing generally the scope and nature of instruction to be given, providing for the instruction of all students in military science and for military discipline, and conferring upon the board of directors the right of eminent domain; making necessary appropriations for the location, establishment and maintenance of said college.

HB 278 Caption: Relating to requiring section foremen and section hands of any railroad company in this State to take a description, giving the marks, brands, color, and apparent age of any animal killed or found dead upon the roadbed or right-of-way of such railroad company before burying or otherwise disposing of the carcass, and to transmit such written description to the county clerk of the county in which said animal is found or killed within ten days from the date of such finding or killing, and requiring the county clerk to file and keep a record of same; providing a penalty.

HB 348 Caption: Relating to providing that Section 90 of the Irrigation Act of Thirty-third Legislature prohibiting the permitting of Johnson grass and Russian thistle going to seed upon reservoirs, ditches, etc., shall have no application to cases of land or ditches located in certain counties, in which the land abutting on such reservoir, ditch, etc., is owned and cultivated by the person, association or corporation owning or operating such reservoir, ditch, etc.
