32nd Regular Session
SB 1 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the enforcement of laws and paying of expenses and providing that such appropriation shall be expended under the direction of the attorney general.
SB 6 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale and disposition of spiritous, vinous and malt liquors and medicated bitters capable of producing intoxication, and the places wherein same are sold. Placing an an occupation tax, requiring licenses to sell.
SB 17 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Nolan county, Texas, and making the county commissioners ex officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, and prescribing their powers and duties as such and providing for the compensation of such road commissioners, and fixing penalties.
SB 31 Caption: Relating to the relief of railway corporations having charters granted or amended since the first day of January, 1892, and which have failed, or are about to fail, to construct their roads and branches, or any part thereof, within the time required by law.
SB 39 Caption: Relating to establishing the Abilene State Normal College, providing that the State Board of Education shall control the same, providing for a local board resident in Abilene or Taylor county, fixing the time for the opening; making an appropriation.

SB 66 Caption: Relating to validating and legalizing sales of real estate belonging or that belonged to Gaines County, situated in the town of Seminole, in Gaines county, heretofore made at private sale for and in behalf of said county, by J. W. Miller in his representative capacity as commissioner.
SB 172 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Scurry county, Texas and making county commissioners ex officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, and prescribing their powers and duties as such; providing that this Act is cumulative of the General Laws, and fixing penalty.
SB 241 Caption: Relating to empowering the Commissioners Court of Fisher County to adopt a system for roads; and providing that the members of the Commissioners Court of Fisher County shall be ex-officio road superintendents of their respective districts, and providing for bonds for said ex officio road superintendents.
SB 303 Caption: Relating to amending an Act so as to apply the provisions to all counties in Texas which were unorganized prior to January 1st, 1882.
SJR 2 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the manufacture, sale, storage, barter, exchange and intra-state shipment within this State, except for medicinal, scientific and sacramental purposes, of intoxicating liquors, fixing the time for the election, directing the proclamation therefor.

SB 46 Caption: Relating to validating the incorporation of the city of Big Springs, Howard County.
SB 68 Caption: Relating to creating Rising Star Independent School District in Eastland County and also containing territory in Brown County; providing that the taxes assessed for the Old Rising Star Independent School District for the year 1911, shall be collected and paid to the treasurer of said district hereby established.

SB 4 Caption: Relating to establishing the West Texas State Normal College and providing that the State Board of Education shall control the same.
SB 19 Caption: Relating to providing for the location and establishment of a factory for the manufacture of cotton bagging, cotton sacks and cotton twine by the Board of Management of the State Penitentiary for the employment of managing experts and of certain State convicts in the operation of said factory and to make an appropriation therefor.
SB 28 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment of two additional experimental stations for experiments in agriculture, horticulture and forestry; said stations to be located West of the ninety-eighth meridian.
SB 107 Caption: Relating to regulating the transportation of Johnson grass along the public highways or across the lands of another; providing penalties.
SB 112 Caption: Relating to making the increase, income, rents, issues and profits of the separate estate of married women also her separate estate and authorizing conveyances to and settlements upon female persons of property to their sole and separate use and benefit, free from the marital rights and community control of their husband.
SB 129 Caption: Relating to the relief of railroad corporations having charters granted or amended since the 1st day of January, 1900, and which have failed or are about to fail to construct their roads and branches, or any part thereof, within the time prescribed by law.

HB 190 Caption: Relating to authorizing and requiring the Attorney-General to bring suits for the value of minerals or other property of value taken therefrom, and for all timber destroyed, used and otherwise appropriated by persons and corporations on public free school, university, asylum and other public lands of the State.

HB 20 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act to make penal the act of knowingly stopping livestock that have crossed the quarantine line after inspection and to make appropriation for the maintenance of said quarantine line.
HB 137 Caption: Relating to abolishing the absolute lease line; to provide for the sale and lease of the public free school and asylum land of the State; to provide a remedy for the cancellation of sales heretofore or hereafter made of said lands for fraud, collusion, non-settlement or failure to continue settlement.
