HB 313 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any officer, guard, overseer or any other person to inflict corporal punishment on any county convict, prescribing a penalty.
HB 607 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of district attorney in the Seventh judicial district composed of the counties of Camp, Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood; providing that the county attorneys in the respective counties shall perform the duties required of district attorneys, receiving therefor the fees; and providing that the present district shall hold office for the period elected.
HJR 2 Caption: Relating to proposing to amend the Constitution of the State of Texas, by amending Article 16, Section 20, thereof by striking and repealing said section, and substituting in lieu thereof a new Section 20, prohibiting the manufacture, sale, barter and exchange of intoxicating liquors, on and after the second Tuesday in January 1912, except for medicinal, scientific and sacramental purposes, providing that the Legislature shall meet on the second Tuesday in January 1912 and pass efficient laws to enforce this section; providing further, that this section shall not prevent any session of the Legislature from passing any law to enforce the same.

HB 151 Caption: Relating to amending Article 790, Chapter 7, Title VIII, of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as amended by Chapter 118 of the Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, being an act to amend Article 790, Chapter 7, Title VIII of the Code of Texas, relating to evidence.
HB 336 Caption: Relating to amending "An Act prescribing franchise taxes to be paid by private, domestic, and foreign corporations for the exercise of the privilege of doing business within the State of Texas, and providing for collection thereof;" extending until the first day of September, 1909, the time during which corporations embraced within the terms of said Act may pay to the Secretary of State franchise taxes and penalties referred to in said Act, and have their rights to do business revived, and providing for forfeiture of the charters of such domestic corporations as may fail so to do.
