HB 16	Caption: Relating to regulating the sale and disposition of spirituous, vinous and malt liquors and medicated bitters capable of producing intoxication; providing penalties.
HB 73	Caption: Relating to providing for the creation, establishment and maintenance of a Special University Fund; providing that a certain part of the ad valorem tax rate shall be levied, assessed and collected for said purpose.
