HB 105	Caption: Relating to creating and giving a preference lien on the lint of each bale of cotton ginned, in favor of the owner, lessee or manager of gins, to secure the amount due for ginning and wrapping such cotton and providing or its foreclosure.
HB 195	Caption: Relating to capital stock of corporations.
HB 246	Caption: Relating to requiring private corporations having permits to do business in Texas to permit Legislative Committees and agents of the State and the Attorney-General and his assistants to inspect, examine and copy their books, papers and records, and providing penalties and forfeitures for their refusal.
HB 276	Caption: Relating to increasing the amount of capital required to be paid in by corporations hereafter from 10 percent to 50 percent and requiring all to be paid in within two years.
HB 278	Caption: Relating to prescribing additional duties of corporations, and fixing a penalty for their violation by anyone, and prescribing additional duties for the Secretary of State in relation thereto, and making it unlawful to hold shares of corporate stock with intent to conceal the true owner.
