Birth date 11/23/1970 in Anderson, Texas, elected Grimes County Judge in 1904. "He was chosen as a representative from Grimes county to the Thirty-second Legislature in 1910, and was on the judiciary, education and military affairs committees." "At the time of the outbreak of hostilities between the United States and Spain, Judge T.P.
