Biographical sketch, Robert L. Ross, pp. 45-46. Born 10/8/1863 in Paris, Lamar County, graduated from law department at the University of the City of New York in 1887. Parents Frank W. and Elizabeth (Wells) Ross of Lamar County. Mrs. Elizabeth Ross died at Paris in 1868; Frank W. Ross died at Paris in 1888.
