(2) Committee on credentials reported two claimants for the 75th district, I.P. Hague and Isaac Mullens, and found I.P. Hague "entitled prima facie to be seated," 1/14/1879, p. 6. Report of committee on privileges and elections recommending Isaac Mullens be sworn in and take his seat, 1/24/1879, pp. 141-142. Special order, resolution adopted and Isaac Mullens sworn 1/24/1879, p. 146. House Journal.
