SB 67 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Board of Water Engineers to have made a scientific study, investigation and report on the waters of the Rio Grande River for the purpose of presenting such data to the Government of the United States of America for its use in the proposed negotiations with the Government of the Republic of Mexico for a treaty between said two governments with reference to the equitable distribution and storage of the waters of the Rio Grande River and appropriating out of the general revenues of the State of Texas the sum of $35,000 for the two years biennium to defray the expenses connected with the making of such investigation, preparing and presenting such data.
SB 85 Caption: Relating to providing for the licensing of all persons before engaging in the business of handling perishable agricultural commodities ad defined in this Act, whether as a commission merchant, dealer, broker or as agent of any commission merchant, dealer, or broker.
SB 90 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of Inspector of Hides and Animals in Hidalgo County.
SB 152 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation of county and district mosquito control districts.
SB 167 Caption: Relating to validating certain bonds of cities in the State of Texas heretofore voted but not delivered.
SB 174 Caption: Relating to validating certain bonds of cities in the State of Texas operating under the General Laws of the State and located in counties having a population of less than 80,000 and more than 70,000 according to the last preceding United States Census, which bonds have been heretofore voted and which bonds are payable out of the revenues to be derived from the operation of the city's water works system.
SB 222 Caption: Relating to granting an easement from the State of Texas to the United States of certain lands in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties.
SB 223 Caption: Relating to authorizing any County, one or more of the boundaries of which is coincident with any part of the International Boundary between the United States and Mexico, or any County contiguous to any County of such described class, and all Cities, Towns, Independent School Districts, Common School Districts, Water Improvement Districts, Water Control and Improvement Districts, Navigation Districts, Road Districts, Levee Districts, Drainage Districts, and all other municipal corporations, political subdivisions or Districts organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of this State, which may be located within any County of such described class, to convey to the United States of America with or without monetary consideration, upon request therefor, title or easement to property, lands, or interest in lands owned by such municipal corporations, political subdivisions or districts, to enable any department or establishment of the United States to carry out the provisions of any Act of Congress in aid of navigation, flood control, or improvement of water courses.
SB 317 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to use or possess a seine, net or trawl in certain waters of Nueces County and Aransas County; providing a penalty for any violation of this Act and giving the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission or authorized agent the right to hold certain tackle as evidence.
SB 348 Caption: Relating to creating the office of Criminal District Attorney in all counties having a population of not less than 75,000 nor more than 77,100, and not containing a city of more than 40,000 inhabitants as determined by the last preceding Federal Census, and in which counties there are one or more Judicial Districts and, in which the County Attorney performs the duties of County Attorney and District Attorney, and in which there is not now a District Attorney.
SB 411 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Act establishing a Juvenile Court in Cameron County, Texas.
SB 412 Caption: Relating to granting county school boards the authority, without the necessity of election or petition, to detach or attach territory in one district to that of another in instances wherein it is impossible or impractical to get the requisite number of qualified trustees in said district making such district so formed valid regardless of size.
SB 444 Caption: Relating to repealing the Special Law creating the Tilden Independent School District in McMullen County, Texas.
SB 511 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of corporations for the purpose of dealing in, buying and selling, preparing for market and preserving and canning fruits, fruit juices and vegetables produced in the United States and enumerating the power and authority of such corporations.
SB 515 Caption: Relating to providing an open season for the killing of wild mourning doves and white winged doves in the North Zone and South Zone as outlined and defined in certain Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, 1925; creating a new Zone to be known as the Gulf Coastal Zone.
SCR 16 Caption: Urging the Senate of the United States to oppose the ratification of the Argentine Sanitary Convention regarding the importation of livestock.

SB 4 Caption: Relating to authorizing municipalities, political subdivisions and taxing districts to proceed under the provisions of Federal Bankruptcy Laws enacted for the relief of such municipalities, political subdivisions and taxing districts.
SB 54 Caption: Relating to withdrawing from sale or lease for minerals or otherwise all lands situated in the bed of the Nueces River, between the lower boundary of La Fruta Dam and the intersection of the Nueces River, with the eastern boundary line of McMullen County.
SB 55 Caption: Relating to fees for vendors and shippers of citrus fruits.
SB 56 Caption: Relating to eliminating compulsory inspection of fruits other than citrus, and vegetables other than potatoes; providing for the adoption of United States grades for certain fruits and vegetables, and the promulgation of additional grades giving the Commissioner of Agriculture authority to enter into a cooperative agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture.
SB 57 Caption: Relating to authorizing counties, municipalities, political subdivisions and taxing districts to sell to to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, or any Federal Governmental Agency, at less than par, and/or to compromise or adjust bonds held by it by selling and/or exchanging the same to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, or any Federal Governmental Agency, at an agreed price, which may be less than par.
SB 58 Caption: Relating to providing that one member of the Livestock Sanitary Commission shall be appointed for a term of two years, one for a term of four years, and the other for a term of six years, and that thereafter the term of office of said members shall be for six years.
SB 117 Caption: Relating to increasing the amount that may be allowed by county boards of trustees to the county superintendents of public instruction for expenditures for office and traveling expenses in counties with a population of not less than 77,000, and not more than 77,600, according to the preceding Federal census.
SB 201 Caption: Relating to providing for the organization of School Districts, common or independent by the County Board of School Trustees out of parts of existing school districts on petition of majority of qualified voters residing therein and providing an appeal to the State Board of Education from the action of the County Board of School Trustees.
SB 233 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Commission to purchase lands and materials.
SB 238 Caption: Relating to providing for the issuance of certificates of exemption without cost to certain qualified voters not subject to the payment of the poll tax; declaring that this Act be effective from and after October 1, 1935.

SB 285 Caption: Relating to declaring that it was not the intention of the Forty-third Legislature of Texas in enacting Senate Bill 546, passed at the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, or in Section 7 of Senate Bill Number 546, passed at the Regular Session of the Forty-third Legislature, to provide that there should never be more than 466,000.00, par value, of bonds issued out of the $950,000.00, par value, of bonds issued by the vote taken in Cameron County Water Control and Improvement District Number Nineteen and validated in said Act.
SB 338 Caption: Relating to citrus fruit purchases by weight.
SB 339 Caption: Relating to providing for an alternative method of removing officers or directors of marketing associations.
SB 357 Caption: Relating to validating all ad valorem tax levies heretofore made by incorporated cities and towns in the State of Texas which levies are unenforceable because of failure of the governing bodies of such respective incorporated cities and towns to make such levy by ordinance, or which are unenforceable because of the failure of such governing bodies to appoint the statutory board of equalization, or where the city council, city commission or other governing body of such incorporated city or town have acted as a board of equalization in the fixing of the valuation of taxable property for ad valorem taxes within any such incorporated city or town.
SB 408 Caption: Relating to the Juvenile Court of Cameron County.
SB 409 Caption: Relating to validating and approving all acts of the governing bodies of cities and towns of the State of Texas in the issuance and sale of bonds, to aid financing any undertaking for which a loan or grant has been made by the United States through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works or other agency of the United States Government.
SB 410 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying, approving and confirming bonds and other instruments or obligations heretofore, issued by water control and improvement district, irrigation district, conservation and reclamation district, navigation district, road district, school district, county, city or incorporated town of this State for public works projects.
SB 424 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of corporations for the purpose of buying and selling beer, in accordance with the laws of this State, and dealing in, buying and selling beer, in accordance with the laws of this State, and dealing in, buying and selling and processing agricultural commodities, poultry, dairy products and livestock, produced in the United States, and products served therefrom, with the power and authority to prepare same for market, transport same, operate cold storage plants and warehouses and finance the acquisition, storage, carrying and orderly marketing of all said articles.
SB 473 Caption: Relating to the power of peace officers.
SB 476 Caption: Relating to conferring additional powers upon Navigation Districts, authorizing Navigation Districts to charge tolls for the use of its waterways by persons using them for commercial purposes, which waterways are not owner or constructed by the United States as a navigation project.
SB 491 Caption: Relating to changing the time of holding the terms of the District Court in the 49th Judicial District, and providing that all processes and writs heretofore issued and all recognizances and bonds heretofore made and executed and returned to existing terms of district court in counties composing said district, together with jurors heretofore selected, are valid and returnable to the first term of such court, after this Act takes effect, and providing for the continuation of the existing district courts in said counties in session when this Act takes effect, to the end of their terms.
SB 507 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of the Judicial District of Texas, and the office of judge and court reporter thereof, to be composed of the counties of Cameron and Willacy and to be called the General District Court of Cameron and Willacy Counties.
SB 512 Caption: Relating to requiring the assessor and collector of taxes to furnish to the board that is charged with the duty of furnishing election supplies and to the county clerk separate certified lists of persons who have paid their poll taxes or to whom certificates of exemption have been issued.
SB 521 Caption: Relating to providing that no person shall inherit or take any property either under the laws of descent and distribution or under a will or testament, who as the principal or as an accomplice wilfully brings about the death of the owner of such property.
SB 531 Caption: Relating to validating $450,000 improvement bonds and $794,500 refunding bonds of Hidalgo County Water Control and Improvement District Number 7, Hidalgo County, Texas, and proceedings had in connection therewith.

SJR 28 Caption: Proposing amendments to Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding to Section 48 thereof a provision authorizing the levying of taxes for State highway purposes, and by adding to Section 49 of said Article 3 a provision enabling the Legislature to provide for the extension of the credit of the State for the purpose of purchasing, exchanging, refunding, assuming and/or discharging obligations at not exceeding par and accrued interest (not in default) made by counties and defined road districts in the construction of a system of State highways by means of a tax on gasoline and all other motor fuels or other sources of motor power.

SB 27 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas for the Livestock Sanitary Commission for additional support and maintenance of the Livestock Sanitary Commission for the balance of the two-year period beginning September 1, 1935, and ending August 31, 1937.
SB 48 Caption: Relating to granting aid to the property in and inhabitants of Hidalgo County, Texas, and to Hidalgo County made necessary by reason of its location on the Gulf Coast and by reason of calamitous overflows, floods, storms and freezes which cause great destruction of property and loss of life.
SB 56 Caption: Relating to making appropriation for the construction and equipment of a coastal and marine biological laboratory on the coast of Texas as a part of the Department of biology of the Texas College of Arts and Industries.

SB 29 Caption: Relating to empowering counties through their Commissioners' Courts to provide annual exhibits of horticultural and agricultural products, livestock and minerals and other products of interest to such counties and in connection therewith to establish and maintain museums, including the erection of the necessary buildings and other improvements, in their own counties or in any other county or city in the United States where fairs or expositions are being held..
SB 31 Caption: Relating to drainage districts and providing for the leasing of lands owned by such districts for mineral development purposes and providing the manner in which any and all functions, powers and duties exercised by the Commissioners of such drainage districts may be transferred to be exercised by and vest in the Commissioners' Court of the county within which such drainage districts are wholly situated.
SB 32 Caption: Relating to authorizing the counties, cities, towns, independent school districts, common school districts, water improvement districts, water control and improvement districts, navigation districts, road districts, and all other political subdivisions or districts organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of this State, to relinquish certain lands and properties to the United States of America.
SB 33 Caption: Relating to providing for the cession by the State of Texas to the United States of America of all right, title, and interest which the State of Texas may have in and to certain lands in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties, comprising the bed and banks of the Rio Grande, and to certain lands in Cameron, Hidalgo and Willacy Counties comprising the bed and banks of the Arroyo Colorado.
