"Mr. Bullock was a native of Blountville, Tenn., where he was born October 24, 1865. He moved to Texas in early manhood, became a clerk in the Texas state Senate and later served two terms [sic] as a representative in the Texas legislature. Removing later to Bentonville, Ark., Mr. Bullock twice was elected to the Arkansas state legislature as representative of Benton county." Newspapers.com.

He moved to Wichita Falls about 1905 and resided here until the spring of 1919 when he moved to Bentonville, Ark., and several years later to Eureka Springs. Shortly after moving to Wichita Falls, Bullock served as tax assessor and about 190[?] he went to Austin as a member of the state legislature." Wichita Daily Times.
