  • Obituary, "Burial of Judge Rimes: A Notable Legislator, Public Prosecutor, District Judge, a Friend Who Stuck, and a Mason," Tuesday, 3/20/1906, p. 7. "Information was received Saturday [3/18/1906] announcing the death of Judge Rimes." Married to Miss Tina Parker in the early 1870s, who died about 1884; after moving to San Angelo, married Mrs. Moon who survives him. Galveston Daily News.
