Remarks: This Act takes effect September 28, 2011, except Articles 3, 4, 9, 11, 12, 14, and 64, take effect October 1, 2011; Article 22 takes effect November 1, 2011; Articles 30, 36, 45, 48, and 51, take effect January 1, 2012, excluding Section 48.02, which takes effect October 1, 2011; Article 60 takes effect September 1, 2012, excluding Section 29.2535(b), Education Code, as added by this article, which takes effect September 28, 2011; Section 58.01 takes effect September 1, 2013; Article 66A takes effect January 1, 2014; Sections 57.09, 57.11, and 57.15, take effect September 1, 2015; and Sections 57.03, 57.05, 57.18, 57.19, 57.23, 57.29, and 57.32, take effect September 1, 2017.
