SB 141, 51st R.S.
Relating to appropriating the sum of One Hundred Seventy-five ($175.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy, according to the terms thereof, the judgment rendered against the State of Texas in favor of John V. Dowdy, in cause No. 700 in the Justice Court, Precinct No. 1, Henderson County, Texas, said judgment being a final judgment.
