HJR 24, 41st R.S.
Proposing an amendment providing that fifty per cent of all funds derived from the sale or lease of any and all lands granted to the University of Texas shall be utilized for the benefit of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas and that said funds shall be invested in the same manner as is provided for the sale and investment of the permanent University fund.
