SB 260, 63rd R.S.
Specifying the fund or funds from which salaries, wages, fees, and traveling expenses may be paid; vesting the Railroad Commission of Texas with discretionary authority to have inspections or audits of records and accounts of motor carrier companies whose principal office is located outside the State of Texas made at such out-of-state office, and to require the companies to bear travel expense of the commission, its employees, agents, or representatives incurred in such audit or inspection; providing for deposit and reappropriation of funds received in connection with out-of-state audits.
