HB 278, 48th R.S.
Relating to creating the Dental College of The University of Texas to be located in the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas, provided the Texas Dental College, Houston, Texas, shall donate its property to the Board of Regents of the University of Texas to be used for said purpose, free of all debt or other encumbrances.
