SB 279, 51st R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful to buy, sell, or offer for sale, or have in possession for sale, or to transport or ship for the purpose of sale, barter or exchange, any white bass or striped bass in Marion and/or Harrison Counties, Texas, and establishing a daily catch limit of twenty-five white bass fish and twenty-five striped bass fish per person; providing a penalty, saving clause, and repealing clause.
